 30.3.09 Dear Caro, Our Traffic Authorities in PE are definately getting more and more involved in the capture of drunken drivers over the whole year and not just at Christmas time. In fact, you may have seen the taxi driver who killed six school children being sentenced to eight years in prison! ( No appeals)(Albeit, he was not drunk but just drove as if he was.) I place most of this blame for this sudden activity at your front door. It is you who has woken the Traffic Management top management to get moving and we are most grateful for your efforts.
